Follow your ProtoStax order from our workshop to your next project.
Check your order securely
Use the email address you entered at checkout, then select your order to view its status and available shipment tracking. Your order details are accessed through Shopify’s native customer account and order-status pages, not displayed on this public page.
Track from your confirmation email
Search the inbox of the email address you used at checkout for “ProtoStax” or your order number. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders too. Open your order confirmation and follow its order-status link, or open your shipment confirmation and follow the tracking link when available.
If prompted on the order-status page, sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
When will tracking be available?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. High order volumes may cause additional delays, and transit time is additional to processing time.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking number(s) when applicable. Some shipping services do not offer tracking. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can’t find your link?
Email support@protostax.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used at checkout. We can help you locate your order-status link or check an order without tracking. Please don’t send payment card details.
